Boosting Business Masterclass is a two-day workshop that supports existing businesses and entrepreneurial start-ups across all industries to investigate, build, or transform their business model for growth. The workshop gives you an understanding of how to reimagine the future of your business, using modern tools and design practices to innovate or invent your business model in a structured way.
The workshop focuses on embedding long-term capabilities in the business. So, participating businesses actively work on real-world solutions guided by facilitators and expert mentors. In this workshop, you will imagine new possibilities and gain techniques to quickly develop, test, and iterate parts of a business model. Participants leave with a business roadmap that can be further developed and implemented.

You will need to commit to attending the following:
• A two-day workshop on Thursday 4 and Friday 5 May 2023 at the Central Australian Development Office (Todd Mall), Alice Springs NT.
• One hour of out-of-session work via zoom supported by a facilitator

This program is open to Northern Territory registered businesses, including sole traders, companies, and not-for-profit organisations located in the Central Australia region.

Tanya is an experienced business consultant with over 20 years of experience working with progressive and forward-thinking organisations of all sizes. She has worked extensively with start-ups, SMEs, Indigenous enterprises, industry, and government within regional and remote Australia.
Tanya has a background in entrepreneurial education and is a skilled facilitator. Her approach combines strategic design, entrepreneurial thinking, and human-centred design to reframe challenges and create opportunities to deliver solutions that increase impact, engagement, and growth.
Her focus is on supporting the growth of individuals, businesses and organisations that share a vision for achieving better economic, social, cultural, and environmental outcomes for Northern Australia.
